Figure 2. Lunch (@restaurant; lunch date with my beau; 12:30 PM): a Baja Burrito (grilled tofu, black beans, 'fiesta rice', guacamole, cilantro, spinach, and chunky salsa in a steamed spinach tortilla). And yes, I took a bite before photographing (and it was awesome).
Figure 3. Dinner (@home; while watching Bravo; 8:00 PM): a heaping bowl of roasted vegetables (broccoli, carrot, parsnip, sweet potato) with two pour, poke, and spread eggs.

Yay! How lame am I that I have been waiting for your WIAW all day? ;p That burrito looks awesome! I can't eat greek yogurt unless I have thoroughly 'hidden' it, aka cover it with as much crunchy stuff as possible. lol!

ReplyDeleteit is so nice to hear all the compliments about my lunch. this particular restaurant didn't thrill me that i had to go there (i had to use a groupon that was going to expire soon), but i managed to rustle up a healthy (and seems appealing to my readers) lunch. win.
