weekend review: anchovies make it better

Figure 1. Saturday night's dinner: pork tenderloin medallions and balsamic reduction, grilled peaches, wild rice (Near East) mixed with 1/4 cup chopped green onion and 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, and oven-roasted green beans from the local Farmer's Market.

 Figure 3. In preparation: pasta puttanesca (a delectable sauce including olives, capers, and anchovies).
