Figure 4. Sunday night's dinner: spicy sausage and mushroom pizza (yes, a bite is missing) with a lemony arugula salad.
Your eats always look so good. Especially loving the arugula salad - the leaves look so fresh!
ReplyDeletethanks, lyn! it was a great arugula salad. surprisingly so. and we knew that because i made a salad that said it served 6 and we finished the entire thing. i think that's 4 servings for me and 2 for him! talk about his and hers...
DeleteThat arugula salad looks delicious! And I have a container of arugula in my fridge....SCORE!
ReplyDeletedo it jamie! i was skeptical because (as you probably know) i like my salad's with tons of stuff in them. and acutally considered adding some pine nuts. but, i followed the recipe and kept it simple and it was really great. i was surprised my boyfriend went back for seconds!
DeleteI would have stolen the big chicken :) They look so nice and crispy! Also that pizza...oh my gosh. I approve of all of this.
ReplyDeletehaha let me just tell you that his piece of chicken was HUGE. mine was 5 ounces at that so just imagine.
ReplyDeleteHahahaa love the dwarf chicken slab. Funny to see guy portions next to girl portions :)
ReplyDeletePS - that couscous looks divine! I'd totally take a guy-sized portion of that :)
yeah that couscous is divine. give it a try!
DeleteOooh la la! That couscous looks great! You're making me hungry - I need to stop reading blogs and go eat my lunch hahaha
ReplyDeletehaha i do that often - read blogs about food when i'm hungry. oops!
DeleteWow. That all looks fantastic - can't decide what looks better, the chicken or the pizza! I often have 'big portion, small portion' meals for when my BF comes to visit me. Men seem to need a lot of energy!
