Figure 3. Saturday night's dinner: channa masala, rice, and roasted eggplant. This was hands down the most successful Indian meal I've created in my own kitchen so far. So good that I'm writing this post at nine the next morning and I kinda want to dig into my leftovers.right.now.

It looks so yummy! The peanutbutter honey granola sounds delicious, and the channa masala too! I really love indian food, so aromatic, healthy and tasty (: I Can feel that i will be making that verry soon!

i had leftover pecans from something i made last week - so this was a perfect way to use them up. i just polished off the leftovers!
