Figure 5. Dinner: salad mania (spinach, fennel, grape tomatoes, raw zucchini, cottage cheese, sprouts, trail mix, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, and agave nectar).
Figure 6. Dessert: chocolate....

DeleteThat's the funniest spoon! I've never tried carrots and PB. Are they raw? I had roasted carrots for the first time yesterday (Don't know why. I roast all my other veggies....) and they were AMAZING. I can't wait to make them again tonight!
