ReplyDeleteI definitely need to start adding beets to my salads again. It's been too long and they add so much color and flavor. And I miss Kashi's Simply Maize! I tried it a few months ago (pre-cereal addiction) but I haven't bought another box since. I remember loving the texture and subtle sweetness though. (:
