Figure 1. Breakfast: a bowl of Kellogg's All Bran, Arrowhead Mills puffed wheat, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, a sliced
banana, and cow's milk.
Figure 2. Mid-morning post-run snack:
Eat Live Run's no bake oatmeal peanut butter bite. I made mine with almond butter - delicious and healthy.
Figure 3. Out to eat for lunch: a Greek salad with spinach (I asked for extra), olives, marinated artichokes, feta, smoked salmon, and a lemon-tahini dressing (which I must recreate). A slice of homemade walnut-wheat bread on the side.
Figure 4. Afternoon snack: a Gala apple, homemade pumpkin pie roasted almonds, and a cran-raspberry sparkling water.
And that concludes another What I Ate Wednesday (featuring what I ate Tuesday, October 16).
Your dinner looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a tasty day of eats! And I keep seeing balls - oatmeal or else - all over the blogworld as of late :)! I shoud really make some, too - if only I could decide on a recipe.
ReplyDeleteYou made those pumpkin pie roasted almonds?? Have you posted a recipe that I have missed?? YUM!!
ReplyDeleteNo Kashi today? What's going on?? lol
ReplyDeleteEverything looks delicious as always :)
The pumpkin ale bread sounds like a dream. I keep drooling over ale-inspired recipes. Maybe this weekend I should go all out and do that bread when I do the cheddar ale and potato soup that's on the agenda.
ReplyDeleteI love how you always combine different cereals. I do that too, mostly because I can't really decide which one I want most, and it ends up tasting fantastic. And what is it about a bowl of plain cereal that's just so satisfying to snack on?
ReplyDeleteThat pumpkin ale bread looks really good. And I just love homemade bread, like your walnut and wheat bread. So much better than the store-bought stuff!
ReplyDeletei haven't had smoked salmon in ages, looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteLove that salad...I think I could eat that every single day and be soo happy
ReplyDeleteThat quiche looks AMAZING! And I like the concept of sharing what you ate for a whole day :)
