Figure 1. Breakfast: my usual (un-pictured) cereal mix of puffed wheat + All Bran + cocoa powder + banana + milk, coffee, and this sparkling coconut water.
Figure 3. Lunch: this frozen shepherd's pie on top of raw spinach. This is a new brand for me and it was really delicious and filing.
Figure 5. Dessert: a bowl of Fiber One chocolate cereal and peanuts. Can you find my sweet little pup's nose in the background? :)
And that concludes another What I Ate Wednesday (featuring what I ate Tuesday, April 2).
I'm not usually a fan of frozen dinners (I think the last one I had was in high school?) but that one actually looks pretty good! I adore shepherd's pie.
ReplyDeleteSo many delicious looking meals. I of course, am loving your dessert bowl. That cereal is addicting.. but way to good to ever put down :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, your pup in the background is too cute.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of or seen sparkling coconut water. How did you like it?
By the way - as I mentioned not having tried it last week - I had slivered almonds as a Greek yogurt topping. They added a nice texture but the bowl got better when almond butter joined the party :).
haha everything is better with nut butter! and the coconut sparkling water is my current favorite and i drink a lot of sparkling water!
DeleteA bowl of cereal is the best way to end the night... especially with a photobombing pup :)
ReplyDeleteHow was the sparkling coconut water? I'll have to be on the lookout for it in the stores around here, sounds yummy.
