That salad topped with baked eggs looks fantastic. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get over the idea of ketchup on a salad. Lol. But lots of people seem to love it :)

ReplyDeleteYour salad with baked eggs look yummy! I love making microwaved egg whites and eating it over a bed of baby spinach with veggies and topped with pasta sauce!
