Dear blog world, take a lesson from my boyfriend's recent mistake:
When you qualify "I love you just the way you are" with "...while medicated" - it is no longer a compliment.

Skirt, tee, and necklace: LOFT; pumps: Tsubo.
Doing.
Late this morning I went on a 30-minute run at working pace. After work I hit the gym for a 60-minute Body Pump class. The weather is beautiful, so I also included two 10-minute walks during the day.
Eating.
Breakfast was a bowl (x2) of Post Shredded Wheat, Kashi Indigo Morning, banana, and (gasp) cow's milk.
My afternoon snack was a nectarine and homemade high-protein almond butter cereal granola.
Dinner was Annie's Shells & Cheddar, two hard-boiled eggs, and roasted green beans.
Mhm I love your lunch - would totally dig in right NOW! And the necklace is sooooo beautiful with it's fine pattern.
ReplyDeleteAwww your boyfriend sounds do funny, I'm sure he meant it all in jest.
ReplyDeleteHope you're okay though! Being medicated is never fun :(
Love that shirt! So adorable.
ReplyDeleteHaha, which one of you was medicated?
ReplyDeleteI love the outfit--simple yet elegant. I need to start shopping at LOFT!
I saw your tweet about disqus. I know they changed their system semi-recently, but I don't exactly understand what those changes were! What problems is it giving you?
That's the ultimate declaration of love right there ;) At least he made ya laugh, and that's the best when you're feeling poopy.
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend and I just came down with simultaneous sinus infections, and we decided that if we still loved each other after a week of sweating through the sheets, blowing our noses every two seconds and hobbling around with faces smeared with nyquil-induced drool, things were gonna stick. Looks like it just might...
While I still don't understand the use of ketchup, I will say that salad looks ridiculously good. :)
ReplyDeleteThat necklace is so pretty! & I love the heels!
ReplyDeleteLol, that sounds like something my boyfriend would say!
