Love your salad! Definitely copying that idea! :) And your dessert looks fabulous. :)
Love that spinach and apple salad. I have recently done similar but with pear!Happy wiaw :)Xo Emilie at Hungry Delights
Blue cheese + apples are some of my favorite salad toppings!! I'm limiting my dairy intake, so I save blue cheese for special occasions, but OHMYGAWSHHHH it's one of my favorite flavors ever! Thanks for sharing your eats!
i never never eat blue cheese. this was a real treat!
Mmm, your lunchtime salad looks like such a winner. I always used to be solidly anti-fruit-in-salad but I've totally seen the light. If there's candied nuts and stinky cheese involved, fruit can be an epic salad topper!
yeah - i'm actually similar. i'm really not a huge fruit person - but sometimes it is the perfect change up to a salad.
Almond butter granola? WOW. Sounds really tasty and fall-like!
I love salads with apple and cheese, such a perfect salad topper combo!Jen@HealthyFoodandFamily
Haha I love how in the blog world you have to clarify "Cows milk" because so often it's not ;) That high protein granola sounds so good!
hahaha. i know, right? in non-blog world you would never even consider this.
i love your dinner, looks great!
that high protein granola sounds delicious!
I love candied pecans! Such a great salad addition. And your granola looks amazing
candied pecans are such a treat. they take any salad up like 10 levels!
mmmmmmmmmm roasted eggplant! one of my favourites!
roasted eggplant is like candy!
You random dinner concoction looks the best to me - guess I am slightly weird when it comes to food, but I justlove to throw everything together and indulge.
i often do this - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't!
